Almost never found in the United States, these beans have arrived from Zambia. Not only that, but they were sundried and processed with light anaerobic fermentation, to bring out more complexity and fruit flavors and some tangy notes. The coffee has a sweet, fruity, crisp undertone -- a taste not quite like any other country's coffee that we have come across!
It seems like a good coffee to sit back with a book and sip at, pretentiously, knowing you have the best and rarest coffee in the room.
