Sumatra coffee is almost always wet-hulled processed, giving it that earthy, foresty flavor; but these beans were dried under the sun naturally to create a clean tasting, sweet, fruity, tasting Sumatra. 

It kind of gives the perception of biting into a piece of angel food cake with strawberries on it. A memorable coffee and even more special when made as espresso!
