Snow Bud

Snow Bud is a style of White Tea similar to silver needles and consists mostly of buds, but is named for the snowy white patches of color and the fuzzy appearance on some of the leaves.

It is a delicate tea and should be steeped with 160 degree water for 3 minutes or less. Otherwise, you will lose the sweetness and floral notes that make it so remarkable. If you enjoy White Peony tea now and then, you should give this one a try for something different.

Tasting Notes: Licorice root sweetness, Floral aroma, Oysters, Sweet, Medium Body

Steep: 2 Tbsp of tea for 12oz water. Water temperature: 158. Steep time 3 minutes. Sweetener: None
