Rwanda coffee is like a hug in a mug. This one comes from the mountains overlooking Lake Kivu, on (extinct) volcanic soil processed at the Murambi mill. The 170 co-op members coordinate their efforts and share the work to bring their joint coffee to harvest. It's an extremely complex, fruity, delicious coffee with a lot of brightness and tart fruits, flowers, apples.
