Peru Cajamarca Flor Margarita

Cajamarca is located in the northern highlands of Peru bordering Ecuador and is known to produce some excellent and memorable coffee.  This offering was produced by the Flor Margarita Mesones Monteza farm and we liked it so much that bought the entire lot.  The Caturra varietal is fairly common in Peru and is known for it's quality, bright acidity and sweetness.
