Papua New Guinea Western Highlands

This is a fantastic lot from the Kunjin Mill within the Waghi Valley, located in the region known as the Western Highlands.  Famous for producing some excellent offerings, this mill supports hundreds of small farms who average between 3 and 4 acres in size and tend to focus on high quality output. This lot is one of our favorites in recent memory!

We are roasting it quite dark to enjoy almost a syrupy sweet spice. Not as earthy or smoky as a Sumatra, but the same dark roast profile, and great flavor.
