Honduras Pacamara

One of our favorite coffees last year is back. Pacamara is a varietal that is difficult to grow, low yielding, but produces huge, delicious coffee beans. These giant pacamara beans have a lively juicy red apple brightness, softened by a cream milk chocolate finish. It sounds like a weird combination, but you'll understand once you drink it.

We can't stop drinking it - it is delicious.
