Honduran coffee has a traditional coffee taste, but a little more character, a pleasant mouth-feel, a nuttiness, some creamy notes. This year we bought a coffee from Oscar and Omar Alonzo of the Cual Bicicleta Estate who own a farm within the Capucas co-op.
