Guatemala Natural Buena Vista

Guatemala always processes their coffee using the "washed" method, but this very small lot of Guatemalan was processed using the African "natural" method, drying it under the sun to make it extra sweet and fruity.

Buena Vista or 'Good View' is a renowned coffee farm high up in the mountains of San Martin. This sundried natural lot from the Solano Family is the result of four generations of coffee experience. This coffee consists entirely of the "Yellow Bourbon" variety, which is a coffee that turns yellow when it is ripe instead of red.
