This is a 50/50 Concentrate. Add 1 part milk or milk substitute with 1 part chai.

This drink can be hot or iced. I prefer it hot. It tastes like lemon herbal tea with spices (namely ginger and turmeric). It is caffeine free.

Many herbalists suggest that the combination of turmeric with ginger is good for your immune system.
