Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Sweet Lily

This is a natural (dry processed) Yirgacheffe coffee grown by Tadesse Teko from the village of Tulise.  It is a well sorted grade 2 and is one of the first arrivals so far this year so it is very fresh.

This coffee is characterized primarily by vague fruit notes with delicate floral undertones, super sweet, and it almost a blueberry flavor. It's there, it is just really faint.  

Roast this like you would any other natural process Ethiopia.  30 seconds out of first cracks seems like the sweet spot to us. Being a natural processed coffee, you shouldn't take this coffee into the 2nd cracks, and we don't really get it anywhere close to that level.
