Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelchele Natural

This sundried Ethiopia Yirgacheffe was processed and sorted at the Chelchele Mill being dried under the sun to give it fruity sweetness and juicy mouthfeel. 

Most of the farmers contributing to this lot grow coffee on their own land, along with some avocados, bananas, and papayas. The are around the mill is very rural and has a fantastic climate and altitude for growing coffee and other crops.
