Ethiopia Guji Qaballee Natural

Qaballee is a tiny varietal of bean that means "Cold" in the native language because it's grown so high up on the mountain that it exposed to unusually cold temperatures, and the beans don't grow as large as most varieties.  

This lot is the dry processed (natural) (sun-dried) beans which make them extra fruity and sweet. As with any good Ethiopia, the fruity taste is present, primarily orange and juicy cranberry with a wonderful brown sugar finish. We like brewing it as a pourover which keeps it tasting crisp and clean, but there's no way to go wrong with this one.
