This coffee comes from the Sidamo region and won 7th place in the Cup of Excellence last year, and it tastes just as good this year. We brew this coffee up when we give a hiring interview to lure the applicant into our company! It's that delicious. This lot is the dry processed (natural) (sun-dried) beans which make them extra fruity and sweet. As with any good Ethiopia, the fruity taste is present, primarily wlid strawberry, with a variety of mixed berries and chocolate. We like brewing it as a pourover which keeps it tasting crisp and clean, but there's no way to go wrong with this one. The lady who produces this coffee is a rockstar -- she has fashion, attitude, confidence, and talent. We love supporting her.
