El Salvador Natural Pacamara

This is for a 4 ounce bag of coffee.

This natural process El Salvador coffee really stood out to us and we don't have much of it so we are breaking it down into 4 ounce bags so lots of customers can try it. It's a single farmer of the Noruega Farm way up in the mountains, sundried to bring out sweetness and complexity. 

We are tasting all kinds of flavors in this coffee. Primarily sweet and a lively brightness, but there are floral notes, but also fruity like a wildberry smoothie and sweet cherry.  

Pacamara is a really large bean, and highly regarded. El Salvador seems particularly good at growing this type of coffee, and this sundried natural lot of pacamara is exceptional.
