Ecuador is a small producer of coffee, but the very best Ecuadorian coffees can be roasted lightly and rank right up there with the finest. The varietal (Sidra) is only grown in Ecuador and is sought after for its floral notes. This one was grown by a small fair trade organic co-op farm in the Pichincha region. It's a wonderful coffee grown right on the equator.

A punchy burst of raspberry turns into bright floral and sugarcane sweetness, and a little lime zest on the finish makes this coffee so impressive and easy to drink.
