The Dominican Republic is a Caribbean Island, sharing half their island with Haiti, and is right next to Puerto Rico on the other side. They have both the altitude and climate for growing great coffee, but their coffee doesn't get much attention in the United States.
This one is a microlot all by one coffee producer, and the sundried natural process made it a little extreme as coffee but seems to work perfectly for espresso. The crema, aroma, flavor, and aftertaste are all just excellent.
If you don't have an espresso machine, enjoy it in an aeropress or mokka pot!
