Costa Rica Natural Rivense

It's a sundried natural processed coffee so the cherries were kept on the beans and they infuse floral and fruit flavors into the coffee. It is most common to find sundried coffees from Ethiopia, but when farmers in other countries take the time and labor to re-create this process, the results can be just as successful. 

Cafe Rivense is a family owned enterprise located in the Brunca area of Costa Rica.  This naturally processed offering comes from Finca La Guaca which is one of the farm's high-elevation growing areas operating at just under 5000 feet above sea level.
