Colombia Natural

This unusual sundried microlot was grown at the Santa Maria farm which is where we also have been purchasing our “Traditional Colombia” washed coffee. But because these beans were dried under the sun, the coffee doesn't taste like a Colombia, but rather is full of tart fruit and creamy attributes. Excellent both as coffee and espresso.
