Cinnamon Rooibos
Cinnamon Rooibos
Admittedly this is probably a Christmas tea. It has all those holiday spices and smells up the kitchen with warm winter flavor. It is a tea I want to drink all winter long. But to my surprise, it is a phenomenal iced tea as well. In summertime, no less. The concept of drinking ice-cold cinnamon and cloves is certainly open to skepticism, but I say -- don't knock it until you've tried it. And everyone who I've had try it were flabbergasted about how good it was. This is one of the best hot herbal teas I've ever had, but feel free to drink it year-round.
