Barrel Aged Coffee with Pecan

We are excitedly announcing our latest release in a series of barrel aged coffees. Our project is to pair unique barrels with the perfect bean to complement each other.

We chose nutty Peru coffee beans that had a lot of inherent sweetness to them and aged them in a bourbon barrel and added pecan flavoring just for a new twist.

The resulting coffee is remarkably smooth, and tastes like pecan pie with bourbon whiskey sauce.  A balanced taste of coffee, sweetness, smoothness, and slight woody aftertaste from the barrel.

I'm not sure who our target customer is for something like this, but it is an experiment that we are excited to share with you.
