When a coffee has moderate amounts of acidity, complexity, and body, it is considered “well balanced” It won’t blow you away with any one attribute, it’s just a nice mix of all the things that makes coffee enjoyable to drink. There's a little fruit, but it's hard to identify what kind. There's some floral notes, a mix of aromas, it's not overly flat or smooth, but certainly not bright or jarring. Costa Rica is one of the best examples of a “balanced coffee”
Costa Rica La Gladiola: Caramel, Floral, Lemon, Cocoa, Medium Acidity
