Honduran coffee has a traditional coffee taste, but a little more character, a pleasant mouth-feel, a nuttiness, some creamy notes. This year we bought a coffee from Glenda Hernandez of the El Aguacate Estate who is deeply committed to sustainable practices for the health and of her community.
