Zambia Kateshia Natural

Almost never found in the United States, these beans have arrived from Zambia. Not only that, but they were sundried, to bring out more complexity and fruit flavors. The coffee is very complex and chocolatey and fruity -- not in the same way an Ethiopia is, but a taste not quite like any other country's coffee that we have come across! 

It seems like a good coffee to sit back with a book and sip at, pretentiously, knowing you have the best and rarest coffee in the room.
