Colombia is a nice traditional coffee, with a smooth aftertaste, nice sweetness and not bitter -- that's why Colombia is a general crowd-pleaser.
This farm is consistently one of the nicest crops in the country. We've met the owner of the farm that grows this coffee and can attest to their passion. It's still a traditional tasting coffee, but it's a particularly nice Colombia.
