This fresh coffee comes from the legendary Guji region, in the wild remote Southern part of the country, growing unclassified heirloom varietals of coffee. This lot is the dry processed (natural) (sun-dried) beans which make them extra fruity and sweet. As with any good Ethiopia, the fruity taste is present, with a lot of complexity, with intense floral notes, citrus fruits, and altogether amazing flavors that you have to go far off the beaten path to find in a coffee.
