Elderberry Wine

This bright pink herbal tea has tart hibiscus and lemongrass along with elderberry to create a complex fruity blend.  The complexity of flavors is reminiscent of a fruit wine. It's really good hot, and really good iced. Either way, you probably want a little bit of sweetener in it because it's pretty tart on its own.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Elderberry, Echinacea, Apple Pieces, Lemon Grass, Raspberries, Cornflowers

Steep: 4 tsp of tea for every 12oz water. Water temperature: 205. Add 1 Tbsp of sugar for every 12 ounce of water. Steep time 5 minutes. Refrigerate. Pour over ice and enjoy.

Hot: 2 tsp of tea for 8oz water. Water temperature 205. Steep for 5 minutes. Sweetener recommended.

Approximately 17 tsp in a 1 ounce package.
