A microlot is a small percentage of a crop, sorted out of as being the very best quality of the entire harvest. In this case, the La Loja farm processed a small amount of their crop using the honey method, which means that the outer skin of the coffee fruit is removed, but some of the sticky fruit residue is allowed to dry on the bean. And indeed, it does add a sweetness and fruitiness to the coffee.
The Huatusco region is up by the Gulf of Mexico.
As coffee, the beans are mediocre. Certainly above average, but we are spoiled and find the coffee a bit thin and bit boring. But as espresso is it highly recommended -- intensely flavorful. Bright and Lime, without being so sour where it puckers your face up. Toffee sweetness, soft mouthfeel, clean aftertaste, interesting to drink but also easy to drink. Recommended as a straight shot of espresso or as a macchiato, but I wouldn't make a full latte out of it.
If you don't have an espresso machine, enjoy it in an aeropress or mokka pot!
