Costa Rica Don Claudio Natural

This coffee is grown in the Naranjo region by the COOPAGRI group, also sold under the Don Claudio brand (one of the founders of the co-op).This one is all Caturra varietal and is very well sorted.

It is not as fruity as an Ethiopia coffee, but it's definitely fruity enough to get your attention. Roast it about 20 seconds out of 1st cracks for a fruity and floral coffee, with notes of Rose, Citrus, Lemongrass, Hibiscus
