The money then funnels back to Matagalpa where the workers are given schools, medical clinics, eldercare, food assistance, clean water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis one works anywhere from light to French. I like it similar to a Costa Rica, about 25 seconds out of the first cracks. But you can take it to the second cracks and call it medium roast. Take it 60 seconds into the second cracks and call it French. You just can't go wrong with this one, it's a flexible coffee.
