Crisp and clean and a lingering finish.  These are the large AA size beans -- sorted very well and roasts consistently. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI'm roasting it maybe 25 seconds past 1st cracks on a drum roaster. 405 degrees bean temp on our readout. Too light will give you some grassy\/vegital notes.
