
This coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region but it tastes more like a Harrar with a strong blueberry aroma and taste. It is a microlot of Grade 1 beans all grown by one farmer who's in the Worka co-op.
We think it's a great Ethiopian and have been appreciating how careful farming and processing can produce such amazing flavor in coffee beans.
