From the Peru co-op called Valle Inca high up in the Andes mountains in Cusco. The co-op is certified organic and certified fair trade. It's the nicest coffee from Peru we have ever tasted. You get a prickly blackberry sweetness, winey fruit, slight milk chocolate, and a buttery cookie undertone. A nice light roast that you can enjoy any time of day.
