We rarely roast Brazil for brewing as coffee because they tend to also be a little dirty tasting and muddy, but this one is clean and sweet and delicious. You might think we are nutty for getting excited about a Brazilian coffee, but it's a microlot from one farm in the Minas Gerais region and we think you should drink it too.
