
The Natural Sundried coffee from the Mara Estate is a process almost unheard of in Kenya. It was grown in Western Kenya where very little coffee is grown, and it's a varietal that's not particularly popular in Kenya. Processing it like an Ethiopian coffee and drying it under the sun produced a coffee that reminds me more of a Uganda Natural process coffee crossed with an Ethiopia. We've always loved Kenya coffees here at Happy Mug, but we rarely find a natural process one to roast!
