You know what a day without coffee is like. Heroic Honduras is here to rescue your day. It's guaranteed to make your day at least a little bit better. Honduran coffee has a traditional coffee taste, but a little more character, a pleasant mouth-feel, and no earthiness. We only carry it when it is in season, which is roughly June through November. This year we bought a co-op coffee from Juan Antonio who owns a farm where he grows the long varietal of coffee bean known as Parainema.
