This fresh coffee comes from the legendary Yirgacheffe region, in the wild remote Southern part of the country, growing unclassified heirloom varietals of coffee. This lot is the dry processed (natural) (sun-dried) beans which make them extra fruity and sweet. As with any good Ethiopia, the fruity taste is present, primarily tropical fruits or pineapple, with an almost candy-like sweetness. Subtle melon notes mingle in the background. We like brewing it as a french press which keeps it fruity, more full bodied, and very dynamic.
