This coffee comes from the legendary Guji region, in the wild remote Southern part of the country, growing unclassified heirloom varietals of coffee. This lot is the dry processed (natural) (sun-dried) beans which make them extra fruity and sweet. As with any good Ethiopia, the fruity taste is present, primarily strawberry, with a variety of mixed berries. Slight chocolate and caramel notes mingle in the background. We like brewing it as a pourover which keeps it tasting crisp and clean.
