This started as a microlot from the El Tambor farm in Guatemala. Victor Calderon bought the Palencia farm 15 years ago and has been winning awards ever since. These beans were decaffeinated via Water Process which uses pure water and a carbon filter to remove 99.9% of the caffeine. A pleasant surprise for decaf drinkers!
