Tea-Filled Tangerines

This is a hollowed out tangerine that has been filled with black tea and then dried together. The delicate fruit is then wrapped individually in tissue paper and sealed with a sticker.

To drink, unwrap and crumble the dried peel slightly, then place the tea and fruit together in a tea strainer or large filter. One tangerine is enough to make a small pot of tea, around 32oz of water.

The tangerine peel adds a nice aroma and flavor to the tea.
