The concept of honeydew as a flavor in a hot beverage is odd to us -- but as an iced tea, it doesn't get any more refreshing than this. The crisp juicy flavor of sweet honeydew comes out perfectly. The white tea provides sweetness and body to the tea, and the result is a perfect summer day beverage.
Using too hot of water will make your tea bitter and unpleasant so it really is important to be careful not to use boiling water when steeping white tea.
