We buy this coffee every fall, but the mill was upgraded this year and thus produced an even nicer crop. Colombia is a nice traditional coffee, with a smooth aftertaste, a bit of sweetness but the taste this year is even better than normal, and of course still not bitter -- that's why Colombia is a general crowd-pleaser.
This is a microlot of supersized beans sorted out for the best varietals, from the best crops in the Nariño region and sold as the best of the best.
Tasting Notes: Colombia Reserva del Patron -- creamy body, hint of raisin, walnut, black cherry, caramel, peach
