Water Process Kenya has 99.9% of the caffeine removed without using chemicals. This is a Swiss Water Process coffee processed in Canada. It retains its African characteristics with a citrus acidity, slightly tart, fruity flavor and a chocolate aftertaste. We keep this one at a light roast and find it to be one of the most complex decafs we've ever had!
