This Sundried Natural process Costa Rican is one of the most complex coffees we've ever tasted from Costa Rica. Drying under the sun allowed extra flavor to go into the bean, creating undertones of tart cherry, hibiscus, citrus, and berries. The mouthwatering tart inital plum flavor quickly turns into a sweet cherry and ends tasting clean and making you want another sip. It is most common to find sundried coffees from Ethiopia, but when farmers in other countries take the time and labor to re-create this process, the results can be just as successful. This is a coffee we sampled and loved, and were still thinking about 3 weeks later, and knew we needed to buy it and roast it for our customers.
