This Ethiopia is sweet and more pronounced than most, because it is a washed processed bean it has a creamy mouthfeel and excellent body. It has notes of berries and tart kiwi fruit and as a result, we are eating the beans right out of the roaster like they are candy.
This co-op is composed of about 700 indigenous Gedeo people who use traditional farming methods to grow some of the country's sweetest most flavorful coffee. You'll wake up thinking about this coffee and jump right out of bed in the morning for it!
